| John M. Perchik John M. Perchik, 67, of Grapevine, Tex., formerly of Coaldale, died Sunday, January 9, 2009. He was the husband of Judy Perchik. Born in Coaldale, he was a son of the late John and Ann (Trynosky) Perchik. He was a 1959 graduate of the former Coaldale High School, where he played basketball. Perchik was an Air Force veteran, where he was a meteorologist. Surviving in addition to his widow are a son Jeffrey; a daughter, Lisa Mowry; a sister, Jean Ann Perchik of Coaldale; and three grandchildren. His funeral service will be held Wednesday in Grapevine.
