Gregory Posta

“Gregory Posta, 70, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away Saturday, December 10. He was the husband of Betty Jo (Brower) Posta. Born in Coaldale, Pa., he was the son of the late John and Anna (Konsko) Posta. After attending grade school at SS. Cyril and Methodius Church, he graduated from Coaldale High School in 1959, where he was an outstanding athlete in football and basketball. His athletic career ended with a serious injury incurred in a game during his senior year. After obtaining a degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, he became an Account Manager at Dun and Bradstreet before leaving to become an entrepreneur, as a franchisee of several Burger King Restaurants in Arizona. Surviving, in addition to his wife of 38 years, is a sister, Joan Cutler of Coaldale, Pa. and a brother, John Posta, and his wife Patricia, of Westlake Village, Ca. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Marian O’Donnell of Summit Hill, Pa.

Gregory was a special person, loved by everyone who knew him-he will be sorely missed by all.“

Gregory Posta, 70, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10. He was the husband of Betty Jo (Brower) Posta for 38 years.

Born in Coaldale, Pa., he was the son of the late John and Anna (Konsko) Posta.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a sister, Joan Cutler of Coaldale, Pa. and a brother, John Posta, and his wife Patricia, of Westlake Village, Ca. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Marian O'Donnell of Summit Hill, Pa.
